Evelyn Thomas

Evelyn Thomas daughter of the late Rose and Joseph Thomas, was born March 6, 1945 in Baltimore. Maryland. After fighting a lengthily illness, she received her wings peacefully on March 5, 2018.

Evelyn Thomas received her education in Baltimore Maryland. She worked at several different companies in Maryland but her last job which she loved so much was daycare. She was well known for taking care of others and opening up her doors for the ones that she loved. She was a family-oriented woman and always wanted the family to do right by each other. She always said that love must come from the heart because when it does that’s when you know it's real. EVELYN was known for making her famous sweet potato pies, sugar cookies, seafood salad and ohhh don’t forget them sweet ole’ frozen cups! Evelyn is with all of us always in spirit.

Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory five sons Leon, Bernard, Edward, Ronald and Tracey; three daughters Marlene (Candy), Tyetta(China) and Rhonda; seven grandsons Carl, Antione, Rolland(Malik), Kevin Jr., Kennard, Tavon and Edward Jr., six granddaughters, Lakeeta, Keyona, Jasmine, Takia, Adonna and Shartia; nine great-grandsons, Carl Jr., Kyron, Kobe, Kason, Mason, Rolland Jr., William, Brailyn, Breyon; four great-granddaughters, Ahnie, Aziya, Brianna and Makhi; one brother Albert; five sisters, Dorothy, Mary, Diane, Ada and Delores; and a host of relatives and friends that will forever live through her.

Evelyn was preceded in death by one daughter Selina; one granddaughter Shenika; six brothers, Joseph, Edward,Spencer, Bernard, Whitridge and John; three sisters Ethel, Rose and Clara.
