Eric Jackson

Manny was born on March 30,1968 in Baltimore, Maryland; where he was raised by his mother Irene Kerney and father James Kerney . Manny was giving life by his father Franklin Hughes.

Manny graduated from Lake Clifton High school.

Manny later went on to marry the mother of his two daughters Melissa Carter . Manny and Missy had two beautiful daughters Courtney and Nicole Jackson who Manny nicknamed Beba and Bolie.

Manny opened a successful bail bonds business where he worked side by side with his best friend Arnez. Years later Manny became a loyal employee at the Waterfront where he worked for almost twenty years .

Manny enjoyed football games, baseball games and traveling. He also enjoyed spending time with his mother whom he called Ida and his three grandsons.

Manny was a great man, a man of  business and just loved to have a great time. He was loved by so many, he loved his friends and family dearly.

Eric put up a good fight for 55 years until God called him home on January 23,2024. He was preceded in death by; father James Kerney , nephew Anton Jones, great grandparents Olivia Reyes and James Jackson along with other family members.

In this journey, goodbye is just a pause. The ones we love are never far from our hearts. Life is what we make it and Manny made it memorable and full of love.

Manny leaves behind to cherish his memory; his mother Irene Kerney, two daughters Courtney and Nicole, three grandsons, Nigel Burgess, Daquantae Porter and Loyal Conaway, two stepchildren, McKenzie and Kevin Newton, four sisters, Kim Mcphearson, Sharron Jackson, Karen Hughes-Tate, Tiffany Hughes, two brothers, Franklin Hughes III, Franklin Hughes IV,  two uncles, George Wees, Floyd Ryles, very special friend Venus; estranged wife, Tammy Newton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
