ELINOR ELIZABETH WEBB was graced to the parents of William E. Webb and Bertha Thomas Webb on March 8, 1920. Elinor transitioned from her earthly life & home on April 22, 2018 at 1:56 p.m.

Elinor received her education in Baltimore City School System.

Grand Ma Nonie worked in the community. She was also a member of many church organizations. Her life was centered around the church. Before she did anything, she prayed and asked God for direction and guidance.

Elinor was baptized at Centennial Street United Methodist Episcopal Church in the mid 30's and has been grounded and involved in church and church organizations such as Mother's Club, soup kitchen, United Methodist Women, United Methodist Choir. She even organized Rashaon Shaw Fashion Shows for the Church-and even wrote church history.

She stayed at home to care for her children, especially her grandchildren; even then she continued to work more in the church. She kept Kim, Robin and Dana in activities at Centennial all the time.

Her favorite scripture in the Bible was Psalm 46. Her favorite song was "I Know Who Holds Tomorrow" by Albertina Walker.

Elinor loved to speak of family and hoped her family would get to know each other. She kept memories, stories of all her siblings and their children. She always looked to make new memories with her grand children and great grand children.

Preceding her in death were her son, David Webb, grandson Michael Webb and great grand daughter, Deona Harrison Jones and Destiny Harrison Brown-great grands.

Makhii, Kayden, Brandon Jr., Blake Brason, Breia, Damon, Layalty & Troi-Great great grands.

She also adopted Betty Harrison's children who called her Granny. Granma Nonie could count on phone calls from Mildred Waddel, Mary Mayzack, Delores Tarner, Retha Dilbert, Romaine Bouge, Joyce Russell (cousin), Ursula (niece), Gloria Howard (niece), Gloria Smith Cassandra and Sylvester Beverly.

Deceased siblings, Herbert Loving, Thelma Loving Hamilton, Edwin Thomas, Urma Mooney, Clifford Thomas, Grace Howard, Minnie James, William Webb and Arleen Webb.

She leaves to hold to her memory her children, Alvin Webb, Bertha Webb and Vashti Webb; one daughter-in-law, Veronica Webb; grandchildren, Alvin Fitzgerald, Tyrone Purnell, Kimberly McNair (who she called Misty), Kimberly's husband, Standford " Ronnell" McNair, Robyn Harrison, Dana Harrison-Taylor, Dana's husband, Darryl Taylor and Nathaniel Leonard.

Great Grand children, Carlita, Brandon, Ayvon, Tiffany, Robyn, Daniya (who she called Peanut), Darien, Octavia, Rashaad, Denera (who she called Meatball), Tyrieka and Darryl (the boy) Cortez and Malia.

Leaving her memory to a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other family members.
