Dwayne D. Rouzer, son of Mrs. Ernestine Rouzer and the late James A. Rouzer, Frank Nitty was born on his mother's birthday December 13,1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed his life on August 28,2020 at 9:55am while in the room with Shakia and on the phone with Danyel and Nicci at Gilchrist on 828 N. Eutaw Street after a battle with Cancer.
He received his education in Baltimore City Public Schools, He held numerous jobs. Frank loved playing basketball, dancing and spending time with his family. He was well known in the Oliver Community; his favorite saying was Ho Wait. Frank's favorite colors was green and cream and his two favorite songs were Mrs. Ocer and Man in the Mirror. He loved his family and granddaughters Dae’Keirah and Wallah as he called her.
Frank made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew and loved him. His cheerful attitude and big smile left a hole everyone’s heart.
Dwayne was preceded in death by his father James A. Rouzer, aunt India Lemon, his youngest brother Darryl and his best friend Parrish Faulkner.
Frank Nitty leaves to cherish his memories, his mother Mrs. Ernestine Rouzer, two daughters Shakia (Derrick) and Danyel (Lamar) two granddaughters Dae’Keirah Green and Xallah Coleman; four sisters, Angela (Gerard), Anna (Tony), Anita, Antionette (Anthony); two brothers, James (Terona), Wayne (Cindy); two aunts, Annette and Flor; two uncles, Donald and Joseph; a favorite niece, Freida; a host of nieces and nephews, other family and friends, and a very close friend Darnell Wheeler.
