Donnell Delbridge Jr.

DONNELL "POP" DELBRIDGE JR., the beloved son of Michelle Brown and Donnell Delbridge Sr. was born on August 6, 1991 in Baltimore, Maryland. His life was taken on January 28, 2017. Donnell affectionally known as Pop received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Donnell had a love for football and received many awards and acknowledgements. While playing for Perry Hall Football League he received the Heisman Trophy. Donnell begin working at an early age for KFC. At the time of his passing he was employed with Monster Tech Heating and Cooling. Pop was known for his bright smile and his squeaky voice. He loved spending time with his friends and rapping but most of all he loved his family. he was featured in his first music video called Drag that was released in 2016. That was something that he was very proud of. Pop always said that making music was a way for him to express himself. Outside of music his children were the focus of his time.

Donnell was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. Most importantly he loved being a father. His greatest joy was sharing his birthday with his first born and only son. Donnell had a special and unbreakable bond with his mother. She made it her point to tell her prince good morning every day.

Pop will truly be missed by many. Preceding him in death, grandmothers, Dolores Parker and Martha Delbridge, aunt Sheronda "Peaches" Parker, his friends, Day Day, Brice, Vonte, Demetrius, Twizzle and Sly.

He leaves to celebrate his life and cherish his memory his mother Michelle and father Donnell Sr., (1) son Damontre, (3) daughters Traniya, Honesty and Dai'Honor Delbridge, stepdaughter Terrell, Godson Tyler sisters, Lynaia, Jerria, Sheltrice, Brittany, Sierra, brothers-in-law, Jason and Marvin Sr., nieces Ramiya, Jayla, D'Asis and Dailyn, nephews Marvin, Hassan, Jason, Daquan, aunt Doll Doll, uncles Dube, Man, Stanley, Zack and Daniel; Godmother Daphane; Godfather Kirk; 7 Godsisters; 4Godbrothers; close cousins Boo Boo, Daddy, Milk, Raheem and JoQua; best friends Fats and Bria and a host of family and friends Fiancé Shakira.
