Diona Moore

Diona (D) Moore, 63, one of nine children born on November 12th, 1960 to Vernon L. Stinnett, Sr., and Lillian Stinnett, in Baltimore Maryland went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 30th, 2024 with her family by her side.

Diona received her formal education within the Baltimore City Public School System.

Diona was united in holy matrimony to Jamie Moore in 1986 and from this union, they were blessed with three children, Shawn, Jamie and Arie.

Diona worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Greater Laurel Nursing Home in Laurel, Maryland and retired from Future Care Nursing Home in Baltimore, Maryland where patients would request her services only.

Diona loved caring for her children and family. She had a heart of gold and loved people which showed in how she treated everyone by caring and helping in any way that she could. She also loved watching Youtube and listening to music.

Preceded in death by her husband Jamie of 35 years a relationship of 50 years,  parents Lillian Stinnett and Vernon L. Stinnett, Sr., nephew Stephon Stinnett and best friend sister-in-law Doris Brown.

Diona leaves to cherish her memory, her children son Shawn, daughter Jamie and son Ari, grand daughter Dasha Moore, great grandchildren Kavon and Kiran Smith, siblings Deborah Stinnett (Colorado Springs, CO), Vernon L. (Bonnie) Stinnett, Jr., Seaford, DE, Wanda Wiley, Baltimore, MD), Shelia (John) Gange, Harford County, MD, Michael (Cinta) Stinnett, Baltimore, MD, Melody Stinnett, Baltimore, MD, Shoshanna (Daniel) Cabell, Huntington, WV, and Todd Stinnett, Philadelphia, PA. Nieces and Nephews April, Amber, Shanita Vernon III, Michael, Latasha, Devin, Jared, Tiosha, Calvin Monai, Raven Jillian, Lamar, Isaac, Steven and host of relatives, friends and special friend Jerry Poole.
