Devin J. Rankin

DEVIN J. RANKIN affectionately known as 'Lor Dev' was born December 5, 1986 to the late Linda Johnson and Delano Rankin Sr. in Baltimore, Maryland. On November 20, 2014, Devin answered the masters call to depart for his heavenly home.

Devin was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. He was continuing his education at BCCC. Devin was also employed at Kohl's Warehouse and an entrepreneur in car dealing.

As everyone knows, Devin passion was dirtbike riding. His cousin, like brother, Erikey was the first to put him on a dirtbike when Devin was fifteen years old. When Devin started riding and really started getting into the bikelife, he became a legend and was known as the (No Hands King).

Devn was also known for his flair for fashion. He loved spending time and playing games with the love of his life, his daughter (Doll Baby). He was a very humble, caring , respectful young man who loved to joke around, make you laugh and spend time with his family.

Devin traveled extensively for dirtbike events. He was very well known and loved for his gift of dirtbike riding. He will truly be missed.

He was proceeded in death, (mother) the late Linda Johnson, (grandmothers) Mary J. Bazemore and Annie Rankin, (aunts) Robin Johnson and Patricia Williams.

He leaves to cherish his wonderful memories: father, Delano Sr.; brother, Delano Jr.; daughter, Da'Naye; niece, Dayla; aunts, Demorris (Cookie) and Deborah; uncles, Gary and David; great aunts, Nannie, Irene and Lula; great uncle, Butch; close like brothers, but cousins, Erikey and Tee-Tee; special cousins, Dank, Ena and Bookie; his only child's mother, Danyelle; a special friend, Luvy; and godmother, Jackie; close friends, Eric, Jonboy and DayDay; and a host of cousins family and friends.
