Delantay R. Johnson

Delantay R. Johnson, affectionately known as Tayda. Born and raised in Baltimore,  Tayda received his education through the Baltimore County School District.

Throughout his life, he held numerous jobs, but his true dream was to become a model. He carried himself with confidence, style, and an undeniable presence that made him unforgettable.

Tayda’s greatest joy in life was his family. He leaves behind cherished memories with his loving parents, April and Antonio, and his beloved children: Zoey, Tyler, Taylor, and Ava Johnson. He was a devoted brother to Reagan, Ajani, Antonio, Tyshawn, Ivy, Jeremiah, and Kaylin.

He will be deeply missed by his grandmother Denise Bartee as well as his great-grandmother, Carrie Barksdale. His memory will also live on through his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and an extended family who loved him dearly.

Tayda was preceded in death by his grandparents Arnetta and Freddie.

Tayda’s life, though far too short, was filled with laughter, love, and an unbreakable bond with those he held close. He had a kind spirit, a magnetic personality, and a heart that left an imprint on all who knew him. While we grieve his loss, we take comfort in knowing that his light will continue to shine through the lives he touched.
