DAQUAIN ELLSWORTH TATE, affectionately known as 'Da-Da', was born on May 10, 1996 to Lakecha Saunders and Ellsworth Tate. He departed his life on April 26, 2015 after a sudden tragedy.

Da-Da received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He obtained employment with Popeyes Chicken. He was very excited because it was his first job.

Da-Da had a thing for black shades and a big shoe fetish. Every week he would say Ma or Dad I need some new tennis shoes which was his favorite line. Da-Da also loved all kinds of bikes, such as, paddle bikes, dirt bikes, etc. He also enjoyed playing basketball.

We were always there when Daquain needed us. He always knew that he had the love and support of his family at all times. Our hearts are broken but we must go on. We loved him and will always remember that his gift of life was present; His death is the past and that beautiful memories that we all shared with him are the future that will hold forever in our hearts.
