CURTIS son of late Major Mcfadden and Susan Anthony-Scott, he was born on July 7, 1945 in South Carolina. He departed this life on September 12, 2024 at the age of 79 from a brief illness.
Curtis received his education in South Carolina public schools, during his childhood he lived in South Carolina with his grandmother until she passed then he moved to Baltimore City with his mother, step father, Luther Scott Sr. and other siblings where he spent the rest of his days. Curtis was a very friendly and helpful person and had a smile that would warm your heart and light up any room. He was very loved and respected by all those who knew him.
From the time Curtis came to Baltimore until the time he retired he was a hard worker for Baltimore City department of sanitation even after he retired he couldn't sit still, if it was riding that bike or driving his car somewhere he was on the move. Curtis was a very reliable person and would do anything for his loved ones and even tho he didn't have any children of his own he was an awesome father figure to his nieces and nephews.
Curtis was proceeded in death by his father Major Mcfadden, his mother Susan Anthony-Scott, three sisters, Cynthia Scott-Hudley, Therese Scott- Cummings and Drusilla Scott also, one brother James Scott and two nephews.
He leaves to mourn his three siblings, Randolph Scott, Vanessa Scott and Luther Scott Jr., fourteen nieces and nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews.
