CLARA L. BAILEY, born in Baltimore, Maryland, departed this life peacefully on July 7, 2026. She was born on April 26, 1958, to the late Clara and Karl Walker Sr.

Clara also known as "Peedee'o" was a Western Dove, graduating from Western High School class of 1977.

Clara went to continue a career at Johns Hopkins Hospital for many years. She enjoyed playing the lottery, decorating for the holidays, watching HGTV & Reality shows, completing crossword puzzles and listening to music. Clara also found joy in helping people get their stores up and running. Clara had a loving personality that you could not help but to love. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved her.

Clara was preceded in death by grandson James; brothers, John, Karl Jr. and Darrell. She will also be missed by a host of other relatives and friends.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years, Kevin Bailey; her children, Dawn, Ketrice (Randy) and Kevin (Niesha); grandchildren; Marquis, Sasshay, Carl, Alexis, Randy Jr., Destiny, Sharatia, Tyrec, Kamari, Tony, Keishawn and Kevin; great grandchildren, Taylor, Titan, August, Tycen, Torin, Rukiya, Sarai, Gracyn and Neima; sisters, Brenda, Judy, Carol, Mary and Zina; brothers, Karl, Jerome, Ollie, Michael and Ralph.
