Charles Matthew Williams Jr. was born on December 26, 1993, to Darlene Green and the late Charles Williams, Sr. He was the youngest of seven siblings. He departed his life suddenly on April 29, 2025.
Charles earned his education through Baltimore City Public Schools, earned his HVAC certification, and also worked as a flagger.
He was a proud father of two beautiful children: Hayden Matthew Williams and Honesty Ariel Williams.
He was known as "Charlie" and called himself "GMC"(Getting Money Charlie). He was a protector by nature always ready to stand up for the ones he loved. His charm, laughter, and just enough trouble to keep you guessing. He was smooth and somehow everyone's favorite, even when he got on your last nerve. To know Charles was to love him. You couldn't tell him nothing once he got a fresh hair cut, new tennis and an outfit. He was a loyal soul who carried others, even when his own heart was heavy. He loved music, and good food. So proud to be a dad, he would Continuously brag about his kids "the best of both worlds," as he would say. Charles had big goals and was determined to grind with a purpose.
He leaves to cherish his memories; Mother, Darlene. Son; Hayden. Daughter; Honesty. Four Sisters; Teayonna, Charlotte, Charlitta and Lakisha. Three Brothers; Barry, Marcel and Roy. Four Nieces; Ta'bre, Kelsey, Kamryn, and Bailee. Three Nephews; Marcel Jr., Matthew, and Deandre Jr. Two Aunts; Joanne, Lisa and an Uncle; Tony. And a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ernestine Tillery and Charlotte Williams; Uncle, Michael Williams and a special cousin Tonia Penn.
His legacy will live on through his children, and the countless lives he touched. He will truly be missed.
