Brian Vincent Brooks, son of Catherine Kearson Brooks and the late William Henry Brooks, was born on October 26, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. After a life well lived, he departed this life on Monday, October 28, 2024.
Brian received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System and graduated from Lake Clifton High School in 1981.
He worked several different jobs; however being a seventeen year and counting employee at Morgan State University; he was the proudest of. Brian loved working at Morgan and always spoke highly of being a part of “The Bears” family.
Brian was a family man and enjoyed spending time with his children and mother. He became the man of the house, helping his mother and always spoke highly of his father sharing numerous memories.
In his spare time, Brian liked to bowl and play arcade games; a true free spirited and light-hearted man. Brian loved to laugh and see others laughing. He was a proud, fashionable man who loved to dress and look nice; he was always on point with whatever his attire was for the day or occasion. Despite life experiences and challenges, Brian was a generous man who would often surprise you with a kind gesture.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, William Brooks; son, Demetrius “Korey” Brooks; grandmother, Viola Kearson; two brothers, William Anthony Brooks and Reginald Brooks.
Brian leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Catherine Brooks; three beautiful daughters, Tanya, Lauriel and Briana; one son, Christopher; sister-in-law, Vonda Brooks; good friend Earnie; his sister he never had Renee Burden; special lady, Rose Hudson; nine aunts, two uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
