Beaty Price

Beaty Mae Price, daughter of the late John Morgan and Addie Merrit was born on September 10, 1942 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her heavenly father called her home to eternal rest peacefully in her sleep on July 27, 2015.

Beaty as she was commonly called by everyone, moved from Raleigh, North Carolina to Baltimore, Maryland in 1963 with her only child, Frankie L. Price. During her years in Baltimore she worked as a housekeeper and daycare provider. The most important thing to her was caring for her child and grandchildren.

Beaty lived a happy and healthy life until her early 80's when her health began to decline, but she continued even during her illness, to keep a smile on her face and love in her heart for her family.

Preceding her in death were three brothers: Sam, John and George Morgan; three sisters, Annie, Minnie Morgan and Elizabeth Jenkins, also preceding her in death was her only child, Frankie L. Price.

She leaves to cherish her memory, three grandchildren, Edgar Johnson, Floyd and Regina Cawthorne, three great grandchildren, Angle Cawthorne, Erica Johnson and Rashard Cawthorne; one devoted niece, Nettie Matthews and nephew, Paul Holloway; three great nieces, Faye, Antoinette and Christine; and a host of relatives and friends.
