Barbara L. Ferguson

Barbara L. Ferguson, daughter of the late Irvin

Knight Sr. and Evelyn Hance was born on September 14,

1939 in Baltimore, MD. She departed this life on March

30, 2017 at Frankin Square Hospital — Hospice Unit.

Barbara received her education in the Baltimore City Public

Schools. She was a lifetime member of Saint Francis

Xavier Catholic Church. She worked at Sweetheart Cup

Company for twenty-four years until she retired.

She married Cleveland Ferguson and from this union three

children, Kenneth, Ralph and Linley Ferguson, were born.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memory: three sons, Kenneth,

Ralph and Linley Ferguson; two daughters-in-law, Lois and

Patricia Ferguson; four grandchildren, Traell, Ralph, Asa

and Lindsey Ferguson; five great-grandchildren; two sisters,

Mary Boyd and Elizabeth Hance; two brothers, Francis

X. Hance and Irvin Knight Sr.; brother-in-law, George

Ferguson; sisters-in-law, Mertha Knight, Margaret Hance,

Christina Ferguson and Margaret Beverly; and a host of

nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
