Angela P. Onokala

Angela affectionately known as “Linda” was born to Annie Huggins (who preceded her in death) and William Ruff. Angela’s life journey joyfully began on August 21, 1958 and sadly came to an end on August 2, 2021. She was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools, graduating from Northern High School with a focus in Business. Angela continued her studies in Business Administration at the Community College of Baltimore and diligently worked for over 40 years in the insurance industry.

Angela was a homebody that enjoyed eating crabs, quality time with her family and watching sports. She loved to read various genres of books and happily conversed on the phone with family and friends! On adventures out, she liked to shop and was known to participate in group or bus trips to various places. Angela loved and adored her family, those near and far.

She leaves to mourn her longtime friend, Racliffe Redmon; brothers, John, Kevin, and Michael (who preceded her in death); sisters, Tangela, Chevelle, and Shawn. In addition, Angela is mourned by a host of nieces and nephews, close family members, loved ones, and friends.
