Robin Higgins

Mrs. Robin Higgins was born April 13, 1954 by the late Thelma Lee Weeks and James Weeks, both of Baltimore, Maryland. She peacefully passed away into eternity at Gilchrist Hospice Care on January 11, 2020.

As a child growing up Robin attended grade schools and later achieved her GED in her adult life. Also attended college within the Baltimore area. She worked several jobs in the Administrative field, mainly retiring from the City of Baltimore water Department.

She married, had three loving sons, she preceeds her husband Mr. Quinton Higgins and her son Alexander Smith both of Baltimore, MD. She leaves behind, two sons, James Smith and Thorne Higgins; and step sons, all of Baltimore, MD; sisters/brothers Mrs. Debra Allen (Gregory) of Charlotte, NC; Ms Yvonne Wiley, Ms. Helen Mitchell and Mrs. JoAnne Agnew all of Winston Salem, NC; in-laws, Mrs. Roslyn White(Joseph); Ms Valerie Burke and Ms. Stephanie Higgins all of Baltimore, MD; brothers, Gregory and Roosevelt Higgins Jr. (Karen); Michael Ingrams all of Baltimore, MD.; five grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and friends.

Robin was a joy to many. Being around her you were sure to get a laugh or two, but our heavenly father has called her home and someday we will meet again.
