RAMONE T. MANLEY, deeply loved and richly blessed, was born on January 20, 1992 in Baltimore, Maryland to Reshea Lowery and Altonia Manley Jr. He departed this life on may 26, 2019.
Ramone received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.
Ramone was known as "Diddy" or "Manny" by family and friends. He was extremely gifted and talented. He loved to dance and when he was younger he looked forward to the kiddie disco's . He had a passion for doing tattoos, he played in several series of "The Wire" TV series.
Diddy started boxing at a very young age at the Upton Boxing Gym. he was a die hard NBA Basketball Fan. His favorite team was any team LeBron James was on. he was a big jokester and loved playing around with the kids. He had a happy go lucky spirit and a heart of gold.
He was preceded in death his grandfather Altonia Manley Sr., and two grandmother's Evelyn Gay and Vonzetta Lomax.
He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Reshea Lowery; father, Altonia Manley Jr.; two sons, Jayden Manley and King Manley; step-mother, Nicole Manley; two brothers, Jerome Lowery-Oliver and Altonia Manley III; brother-in-law, Kahil Oliver; step-brother, Khayria Belton; step-sister, Khala Belton; four aunts, Annette Lowery, Shacreta Lowery-Bowling (Daniel), Shanell Houston and Terri Ellison (Dexter); uncles, Anthony Johnson and Samartenae Jeter; two nieces, Maqui Jones and London Manley; nephew, Altonia Manley IV; a special friend, Kandice Harrell and a host of other relatives and friends whom loved him.
