Jasmine T. Pierce-Morris was born to Kimmie W. Morris and Marshell (Tina) Pierce-Morris on February 6, 1998 in Baltimore, Maryland. Jasmine was called home on Tuesday, June 12, 2018.
Jasmine at an early age accepted Christ and was baptized at Zion Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Marshall F. Prentice. She went on to fellowship at New Shiloh Baptist Church, under the leadership of Dr. Harold L. Knight.
Jasmine was educated in the Baltimore City School System. She graduated from The Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women. She continued her studies at Coppin State University in Computer Science. She was employed at Amazon Corporation.
Jasmine was affectionately known as “Jazz”. Jazz was an anointed young lady, whose voice was that of an angels. Her voice was definitely touched by God. She enjoyed writing poetry, “Spoken Word”, modeling, eating, and singing. And boy could she sing. She was a mentor with two organizations; The Sister Circle, and The D.E.B.S. Jazz was also active in many ministries; The Jewels, Jr. Missionaries, Inspirational and Mass Choir, Evangelism and Outreach, Praise and Worship, Sunday School, and Vacation Bible School. She shared her gifts with her family, friends, and those she loved. She loved everyone.
Jasmine had a beautiful spirit and a determined heart. Family was always first in her heart and mind. She loved the Lord, so for her serving others was not a hard task. She was a blessing to all she encountered.
