HAROLD WILLIAMS, affectionately known as Pickles or Smiley was born on April 7, 1939 to the late Beulah Williams and Walter Richards in Baltimore, Maryland. As a young boy, Harold received his education in the Baltimore Ciy School System. After his schooling, Harold worked many years with the Baltimore City Department of Sanitation.

In 1960, Harold and Gloria Gainous were blessed with a son Rodney. He later married Gurtha Royster in 1961 and from this union a daughter, patricia was born.

 Some of Harold's interests included physical fitness and horse racing. He loved spending time working out with his son, Rodney. Those closest to Harold, knew that he often visited Pimlico Race Track, hoping to hit the "big one". 

Harold departed this earthly life on Monday, November 14, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.

He leaves to cherish his memory: one son, Rodney Williams; one daughter, Patricia Rice (Jeffrey); three sisters, Marian Trayham aka Poopie (Cecil), Vivian Williams and Helen Williams; one brother, Earl Williams; six grandchildren, Brenda McCoy, Gary Generette, Rodanany and Rashawn Williams, Jeffery Jr. and Jahred Rice; seven great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends,
