ELVONA , was born to the late John Singletary and Corrine Spriggs in Baltimore, MD, on April 22, 1959. After a short illness, she was called home on March 17, 2019.
Boo-Boo as she was affectionately known, was given that name by her adopted parents, Bernice and the late Ashley Barber.
She was educated in the Baltimore City school system. Throughout her lifetime Boo-Boo worked various jobs. During her downtime she enjoyed watching some of her favorite Reality T.V. shows, such as Amazing Race, Love & HipHop, and Survivor. Her favorite series was Tyler Perry's , If Loving You Is Wrong. Boo-Boo loved to dance, she also loved people. She was the one everybody could relate too, no matter how young or old. Her sarcastic humor was definitely right on time.
Boo-Boo leaves to cherish her memories, her Mom, Bernice; life partner, Andre; daughters, Laetitica (son-in-law Eric) and Andrea; grandchildren, Kenneth, Kiontay, DeAsia, Marcus and Justin; great-grandchildren, Kaiden, Kenny, Ashton, and Jayior; brothers, Devearl and Sherman; sisters Wanda and Elzina; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was loved by all that knew her and will truly be missed.
