DONNELLA FRANCINE HUGLEY, a life-long resident of Baltimore, Maryland, died unexpectedly on November 29th, 2018 at the age of 52.
Francine, also known as Franny was born in the City of Baltimore on April 21st, 1966 to the two loving parents, Robert and Geraldine Hugley. Francine was the knee-baby and 1 of 6 children, but she soon found a way to stand out and be heard. Home is where she earned her household nickname, "big mouth".
She loved her family, and would do anything for them. If she loved you, you knew it, always showing possession-often saying things like; "My Brother' or "My Sister", "My Son", "My Niece" or "My Nephew" and "My cousin". She was a devoted friend and great listener-you could tell her anything. Although Francine was very opinionated, she prided herself in keeping it real or "keeping it 100" as she'd say. Francine was a lover of music. She loved dancing, as she was the life of the party. She would gather her (they very young) nieces and nephews together in the living room and encourage them to dance all the time-cheering them on the whole time.Francine was known for giving nicknames and would soon have the entire family calling you by that name (for the rest of your life). She was the queen of 'catch phrases', ending sentences with, "Ya' heard me"! or "Holla at cha boy"
As we lay our loved one to rest, it is important to know that Francine was baptized into Christ roughly 12 years ago.
Survived by: son, Kenny Williams (Tisha); god daughter, Diane; brother, Michael Anthony Hugley (Ronda); sister, Robin B. Hugley (Chris); nieces and nephews, Dyrell Garrett, Tameka Hugley, Teneah Hugley, Mo'nique Hugley, Courtney Ross, Trina Hugley, Mikea Hugley, Brehanna Hugley, Bianca Hugley, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
