CLEMENT HARTWELL,son of the late Eulie and the late Janie Hartwell, was born on March 4,1956 in Baltimore, Maryland.
He was baptized at an early age at the Fountain Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Dennis Barrow. He attended Sunday School and was on the Junior Usher Board.
He received his education at Northern High School and attended Baltimore City Community College.
He worked various jobs until he became disabled.
Clement was preceded in death by his brother Kevin D. Hartwell and sister Doris Hartwell.
He leaves to cherish his memory: one sister, Darnell; five stepsisters, aunts, Emma Lee Hall, Lila Mae Hall and Mercedes Mazyck; cousins, one very close friend, (Buzz); other relatives and friends.
