PATRICK IGNATIUS FORD, son of the late Marie and Edward Ford, was born on August 10, 1924 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was called home on Sunday, June 27, 2010.
Patrick received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He was employed at Archer's Laundry for many years, where he worked as a mechanic.
Patrick was a man of few words. Patrick loved helping people, and he loved working with his hands. This was a gift he could not keep to himself. Watching television was his greatest pastime. Walking was something he loved to do. You would know that he was fine when you saw him taking stroll to the corner store.
Patrick leaves to cherish his memory: three children, Patricia, Patrick and Bonita; daughter-in-law, Moretta; six grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
