Rodolphous Lee

Rodolphous (Preacher) Lee was born to the late Annie Ruth Lee & King David Lee on February 25, 1944, in Augusta, Georgia.

He was the 11th of 12 children.  His siblings who all preceded him in death include Rosie Lee, Eddie Thomas,

Edison Lee, Good Be Lee, Go Be Lee, Felix Lee, King David Lee Jr, Robert Lee, Bernice Lee and Lina Carol.

Rodolphous finished his education with the Georgia Public School Systems. He was a song writer for many groups including The Holy Lights, Lil David & The Bells of Joy,

Commanding Shepherds and the Singing Disciples just to name a few. His spiritual walk began at an early age. He went on and married Mary McMillian in 1964. 

They had 2 children Robin Lee (Wright) & Anthony Lee. He was an individual who showed genuine love, kindness and a will to always give encouraging words to family and friends.

He loved writing music, playing the  guitar and attending music programs. 

On Thursday, April 18, 2024, God called his good and faithful servant Home to a time of Rest and Reward.

Leaving his earthly life, its cares and materials.  He leaves to cherish his wife of 60 years Mary L. Lee, daughter Robin Wright (Marvin Wright), Anthony Lee (Bridgette Lee). Marlon Lee (son)

Preceded him in death. 12 grandchildren, 6 great grand children and a host of family and friends who will forever treasure his love and hold memories dear to the heart.
