TONY CLINTON PARKER, SR., was born to the late Herbert Clifton Parker, Sr. and Ceceilia Meredith Parker (Sydnor) on May 26, 1961. God called him home on March 11, 2017.

Tony was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System and graduated from Forest Park Senior High School in 1980.

Tony loved sports, family time and he was always the life of the party. Tony loved to spend time with his grandkids.

Tony was a hard working man at a young age. His dad gave him the nickname "Noodles". He cut grass, shoveled snow, picked up trash and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Tony was a true definition of a "Hustler A Hard Working Man". Throughout his working years, he worked at Colt 45, Kerman Hospital, Domino Sugar, Sweetheart Cup Company, Stevenson University and was presently working for the Baltimore City Housing Authority.

He married Patricia Blackwell in January 1985 and from that union had three beautiful children. In his later years, he married Carlise J. Stanley.

Tony loved the Lord and he gave his life to Christ at New Shiloh Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. Harold A. Carter, Sr., and later rededicated his life to Christ at the Morning Star Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Dwayne C. Debnam.

Preceding him in death are his brother, Herbert C. Parker Jr. (JoAnn); and his sister Bernice Parker.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Carlise; mother-in-law, Linda Johnson; father-in-law, Kenneth Stanley; his sisters, Charmaine and Sharon; brothers, Timothy and Gregory; three beautiful children, Tony Jr. (late Tierra), Shanika and Taneisha; two stepchildren, Bruce and Carlisa; ten grandchildren, Amaya, Corie, Tyrin, Abriah, Taniyah, Amari, Cayden, Makhi, Jayrus and Khari; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
