Sheila G. King, was born September 5, 1953 to the beloved Patricia and James King. Shelia King received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She went to get her G.E.D saying "I can do it." Shelia continues her education in nursing and became a certified nurse. Shelia worked at several nursing facilities throughout Baltimore City and served many people throughout her life time.

Shelia King devoted her life to the Lord and served her church (Church of the Redeemed of the Lord) since 2000. She was baptized in the name of Jesus.

Shelia King had a kind heart and loved to make people happy. She had many friends and met plenty more wherever she went. She had an everlasting love for whomever she came in contact with. She enjoyed being with her church family, her sisters and brothers in Christ.

Shelia loved to sew and make things for people. Shelia had many God given talents to share through out her time on this earthly world.

Shelia King was preceded in death by her beloved first child Candy King; one sister, Racheal Blount and two brothers, Rodney and David King.

Shelia King was married in matrimony to Darryl Starkes in 1977 a bond they shared for 23 years. Shelia leaves to mourn three children, Clyde Tatum, Gaynell Rouzer and Nakkitta Starkes; one son in-law, James Rouzer; one daughter in-law, Latresa Tatum; three sisters, Rena Dodd, Ingram Suggs and Samantha Pierce; six brothers, Donald King, Tommy King, David King, Jerome Pierce, Harry Pierce, Richard Dodd, sixteen grandchildren , seven great granchildren and a host of family members, friends and associates.
