Please accept my deepest sympathy during this time of grief. I hope that the words of Jesus Christ are comforting, when he stated that "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out" (John 5: 28, 29). Furthermore, many are fortified by Biblical promises of a paradise earth free of pain and suffering. We can also take comfort in God's personal promise to "wipe out every tear" and that soon, even "death will be no more" (Revelation 21: 4) May you look to the Bible for comfort from our creator, Jehovah God who has the power to restore life to our loved ones on a paradise earth(Matthew 5:5, Matthew 6:10). Further comforting scriptures can be found on the website JW.org.

To the family of James Hicks . I am sorry to read about the loss of your loved one. The pain is tremendous even with the passage of time. There are scriptures in the Bible to help provide relief of grief and distress. Please read Ps 65:2 that reads "The Hearer of prayers a source of comfort in times of grief and distress.

Please except my condolences on the passing of James, I hope that your family have been able to find comfort in the God of all comfort Jehovah. I too have felt the pain of losing a loved one in death, and although it is never easy to say goodbye to those we love, I was able to find much hope in Gods word the bible. John 5:25 "Most truly I say to you, the hour is coming, and it is now, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who have paid attention will live. Revelation 21:4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. 1Corinthians 15:26 And the last enemy, death, will be brought to nothing... I invite your family to please go to jw.org where you can find out more about Gods purpose for mankind and how you can see your loved one again in a paradise on earth, just like the one Adam and Eve lost due to their disobedience and selfishness.
