JACQUELINE (JACKIE) CYNTHIA HARLEE WILLETT, a native of Baltimore, Maryland, born December 25, 1966, to the late Brooklyn Harlee, Jr. and Joyce Smith. Jackie's aunt Beverly Lewis, uncle Steven Smith and granddaughter Ave Willett, proceeded her in death.

On July 20, 2017, Jackie transcended this life on earth to abide with her heavenly father into a peaceful rest.

Jackie was educated through the Baltimore Public School System and is a graduate of Fairmount Hill School No. 453.

Jackie gave birth to a kind and compassionate daughter, Tiaira Brooks. She later married her former husband, Doremain Willett Sr., in 1993, and to that union one son was born, Doremain Willett Jr.

Jackie gave her life to the Lord in the early 1990's. She enjoyed listening to hymns and quietly praising the Lord. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church, under the spiritual leadership of Dr. Therm M. James, Senior Pastor.

Jackie leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Tiaira Brooks; one son, Doremain Willett, Jr. adopted son and nephew, Rashard Taylor; one granddaughter, Skylor Willett; one sister, Vanessa Holt; two brothers, Phillip Jefferson and Kevin Harlee; four aunts, Barbara Smith, Brenda Barnett (James), Bernadette Regan (Randoff) and Quindairian Gryce; three uncles, Muriel Smith (Barbara), George Harlee (Marsha) and Dennis Harlee (Diane); one great uncle, John Walter Harlee; two great aunts Sarah and Annie Mae Harlee; adopted sister and cousin, Christal Barnett Garcia; loving stepmother, Laverne Harlee, nieces, nephew and host of other relatives and friends.
