DION MAURICE SOLOMON, beloved son of Kim Foster and Maurice Solomon, was born on July 22, 1987 in Baltimore, Maryland. He received his wings on July 1, 2017.

Dion who was affectionately known as "Money Bags" or "Bags", received his education in the Baltimore Public School System. Bags loved working side by side with his father learning different businesses.

Dion accepted Christ as his Personal Lord and Savior at an early age and was baptized at The Prince of Peace Baptist Church.

Dion had a big heart and a huge and special personality. Bags would do whatever he could, for whomever he could.

Dion shared an unbreakable bond with his mother. He enjoyed sitting around the table laughing, joking and fussing with his brother and sisters and he loved a good debate. He was known for coming though the door at the tail end of the conversation jumping right in. he loved gambling and he loved playing cards with his family and friends. his most precious moments were spent with his daughter Dailey, who was the "Apple of his Eye".

Dion leaves heartbroken: his mother, Kim D. Foster; father, Maurice Solomon; step-mother, Lynn Solomon; daughter, Dailey O'Brook Solomon; grandparents, Charles Foster, Betty and Bernard Solomon whom proceeded him in death; grandmother, Lena Foster; three sisters, Shante' Foster,  Sharese and Macie Solomon; four brothers, Maurice and Ricky Solomon, Sean and Keon Foster; step-brother, Travis Dukes; two sisters-in-law, Arion Solomon and Shanice Foster; five uncles, Daryl, Kevin and Keith Foster, Damon Stewart and Larry Solomon; four aunts, Linda, Stacey and Marlen Foster and Danita Stewart. Dion also leaves heartbroken, Kiana Foster, his cousin, whom he shared a very special relationship, his very best friend, Garland "Bobby" Robertson, who was more like a brother; and the love of his life, Chelsea Henderson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
